This was a fun piece which has generated a fancier version of it. The plants in their beakers are actually photos of real hydroponic plants. The “Mairi” in the poem is an old Scottish spelling of “Mary”, a nod to my daughter who is growing the plants to provide fresh food for her bunnies.

The newer version of this will replace the wall text with a large embroidered wall hanging, embellished with flowers and fancy boarders.
